I have to go pack now, and I don't know if I'll get another chance to update before I leave. I'm just leaving for the long-feared annual family vacation, I should get back Wednesday, hopefully without having committed parricide. Have a random picture and a random song!

(no subject)

This will probably seem completely random to all but two of you, but I absolutely adore watching people whom I love falling in love and having it reciprocated. It is the sweetest thing. And I will miss hearing your mad squeeing and whatnot for the next five days because I want to hear all about it, I refuse to be jealous and I refuse to be bitter but I cannot help being intensely curious. It seems so odd! Interesting, but odd. 

(Hearing people talk about being in a relationship is like hearing people talk about a food I've never eaten; it never fails to sound amazing, no matter how much I secretly and cynically suspect that it can't possibly be that good.)

It's late and I'm tired but I still love my guitar, my books, my cat, and my friends, most of whom I do not deserve. Maybe someday I'll have a go at loving someone else, but until then, good luck and best wishes to you all. Love and kisses and hugs, take whichever you please.
